'Peony Dream' was painted from life. I laid out peonies and petals onto a surface to create the composition. Peonies have always felt dreamy to me. They are soft, fluffy, and fragrant. I've had a vision of them in airy space, slowly falling gracefully. The blues are chosen with intention to help portray this dreamy and relaxing space. 'Peony Dream' is created to bring peace, a deep breathe of contentment, and a graceful feeling.
